Requirements

1-year minimum call center experience

Nice To Haves

Team lead experience preferred
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trade terminology
Service Titan experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
Manage high volumes of daily inbound calls and conduct timely follow‑up communications
Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and service expectations
Schedule customer appointments accurately
Communicate clearly with customers and thoroughly document all account interactions
Educate customers throughout their project to ensure understanding and a smooth experience
Help others and feel great doing it!
