Requirements

  • High school dipolma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering positive experiences
  • Ability to interact with customers and team members in a friendly, professional manner
  • Task-oriented and driven to meet or exceed goals
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
  • Ability to use empathy, remain calm, and maintain professionalism in challenging situations

Responsibilities

  • Schedule installation appointments while prioritizing customer needs to deliver on Bath & Cabinet Experts' promise
  • Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or text
  • Accurately log customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Provide clear and simple answers to customer questions and service requests
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Build and maintain positive rapport with customers
  • Proactively resolve issues or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Participate in trainings, team meetings, and contribute to continuous team development
