The Client Relations Analyst processes mail (inbound and outbound), manages endorsements, creates emails, uploads client information into our systems, and manages policies for current clients. In addition, this individual assists advisors with service needs and makes modifications to accounts as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Current Property & Casualty License, as required by the State Department of Insurance, to effectively service clients, or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn other appropriate insurance company and firm software systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of insurance coverages, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts in a behind-the-scenes manner to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct outbound calls for client servicing as needed, to address queries or provide necessary updates.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Handle endorsements proficiently, ensuring all necessary details and regulations are adhered to.
  • Draft and send professional emails to clients, ensuring clear, concise, and accurate communication at all times.
  • Upload and update client information into company systems accurately and promptly.
  • Manage policies for existing clients, ensuring their needs are effectively met.
  • Handle electronic communications with clients mainly - including chats and emails.
