Join SERVPRO Team Holland as our newest Customer Experience Specialist! The CES will be the front line point of contact to be responsible to own the customer experience. They will be empowered to work directly with the management team to exceed the customers expectations. You will be responsible to identify project requirements and specifications as well as administer and organize projects and support teammates. You MUST be a people person with an outgoing and energetic personality that loves to be on the phone with our customers, solve problems, and be willing to do whatever it takes to meet and exceed their expectation. You will be expected to sell all aspects of the project. If you are self-motivated, organized and have outstanding customer service skills, you could thrive in this environment! We will consider some remote work after the firsdt 3 months of employement but you must be able to frequently partake in training and meetings at our Elkridge, MD location. You bring the energy and drive and we will teach you the industry.
