Responsibilities

Engage customers in person, online, and by phone with enthusiasm and professionalism
Set high-quality sales appointments and follow up with confidence
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Create a friction-free, customer-first buying experience
Maintain detailed notes in the CRM and stay on top of follow-ups
Work closely with sales leadership to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Stay informed about inventory, new models, and automotive trends
Bring positive energy to the showroom every single day
