Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, solutions-focused attitude
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, NetSuite a plus)
Tech-savvy and eager to take on new responsibilities
A heart for serving others and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Provide accurate, friendly, and responsive service via inbound and outbound calls to build customer rapport
Input and manage customer data accurately, document all interactions, and process payments
Serve as a knowledgeable and helpful resource regarding company services, scheduled appointments and policies
Communicate effectively across multiple departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Multitask efficiently and effectively to manage customer interactions and various systems
Adapt to new processes and changes with ease
