What You’ll Do As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice guiding our customers through every stage of their relocation. You’ll:

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in an office environment (moderate to heavy volume)
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to stay cool under pressure, think on your feet, and find solutions fast
  • A positive, adaptable, team-player attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate relocation services and ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams
  • Deliver top-notch service that makes every customer feel valued and supported
  • Help maintain Ace’s reputation for excellence and dependability
