  • Customer Support: Interact with all new and existing US customer leads in HubSpot, handling objections and providing comprehensive information about our offering to support purchasing decisions
  • Local social media management: Support the global team on posting 1 time a week with a US specific post regarding FKL.
  • Community liaison: Act as a local ambassador, fostering strong relationships with potential customers and addressing customer needs
  • Feedback to global: Provide actionable insights and feedback to help us continually improve our offering.
  • Two years experience in a customer facing role
  • Able to manage customer expectations and
  • Experience in answering online queries via Social Media and/or Email
  • Ambitious and driven with strong written, listening and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
