Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and develop customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact IMI's distributors to review electronically entered orders that do not meet our minimum order value to ensure orders meet criteria for processing and shipment.
• Review customer order data and clear price and part number discrepancies.
• Assist with data entry and updating customer records.
• Partner with Senior members of the team to improve our Knowledge Base (training documentation resources) so future Customer Experience employees are set-up for success.
• Provide general administrative support to the Customer Experience team.
