Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• The ability to identify issues and contribute to solutions.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing insights from it.
• A passion for understanding and improving the customer experience.

Nice To Haves

• Working with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and support, to implement improvements and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Participating in market research to understand customer needs and identify problems to be solved.
• Communicating customer insights to various business functions to drive action and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in collecting and analyzing customer feedback from various sources.
• Helping with initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Using data management tools to evaluate customer behavior and sentiments, and creating reports or visualizations to present insights.
