Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in medical devices or mobility equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Other qualifications or experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads related to wheelchair power products.
  • Provide detailed product information, pricing, and specifications to customers and dealers.
  • Assist customers with quotes, order placement, and warranty/service questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
