We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Fulfillment Associate to support both our physical operations and customer experience. This hybrid role typically involves a balanced split of responsibilities, with approximately half of the day focused on order fulfillment and warehouse operations and the other half dedicated to customer support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and helping customers, and who takes pride in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and customers receive timely, professional support.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical warehouse tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable owning warehouse systems and processes end-to-end
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with e-commerce systems is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience (Training can be provided upon hire)
  • Experience in e-commerce or PPE/safety products
  • Familiarity with shipping, inventory, or warehouse management systems
  • Previous customer-facing or customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations
  • Serve as the main point of responsibility for our Warehouse Management System (SkuStack)
  • Ensure accurate receiving, binning, picking, packing, and shipping workflows within the WMS
  • Create pick lists via SellerCloud and execute fulfillment through SkuStack
  • Receive and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Create and process Amazon FBA shipments
  • Handle returns and maintain warehouse organization and safety
  • Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, website chat, social media, and Amazon messaging
  • Provide support related to orders, shipping, returns, and product questions
  • Monitor and respond to messages as needed
  • Process refunds, replacements, and returns while documenting interactions accurately
  • General Support
  • Coordinate between warehouse and customer service needs to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist with administrative or operational tasks as needed to support daily business operations
