This role ensures prompt, courteous customer service and the promotion of loyalty programs. The coordinator leads by example, engaging with customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role-modeling outstanding customer service. They are also involved in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience.
