Each day blends football joy, Pro-Level moments, and unforgettable memories - all designed with intention. Campers build confidence, form friendships, and get exclusive access to the energy, history, and culture of the Falcons. As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you are a key member of the site leadership team and own the family experience at camp. You are the friendly, organized, and dependable point of contact for parents, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their camper’s day. Through clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care, you help create a welcoming environment that reflects Atlanta Falcons pride and Headfirst standards. You partner closely with fellow site leaders and Headquarters to ensure the camp experience feels thoughtful, professional, and consistent from arrival to dismissal.
