Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant customer-facing experience.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confidence with public speaking and client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
Flexible schedule with openness to occasional travel.
Based in Knoxville, TN , with reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in retail settings to deliver exceptional service and brand experiences.
Educate potential customers on client products, promotions, and service offerings.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Track sales data and territory performance to report back to leadership.
Participate in daily team meetings to review strategies and sharpen skills.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, competitor activity, and client campaigns.
Travel locally within assigned territories and occasionally attend national networking events.
