About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant customer-facing experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (a plus, but not required).
  • Confidence with public speaking and client interactions, both in person and over the phone.
  • Flexible schedule with openness to occasional travel.
  • Based in Knoxville, TN, with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in retail settings to deliver exceptional service and brand experiences.
  • Educate potential customers on client products, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track sales data and territory performance to report back to leadership.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to review strategies and sharpen skills.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, competitor activity, and client campaigns.
  • Travel locally within assigned territories and occasionally attend national networking events.
