The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves operating front-end scanning equipment and cash registers, accurately handling transactions including various payment methods and coupons, and maintaining cash drawer security. Associates must adhere to all store and legal guidelines, stay informed about weekly ads and store layout, and maintain department sanitation according to health and OSHA requirements. The position requires cooperation with co-workers and supervisors, continuous improvement, and the proper utilization of company-provided Personal Protected Equipment (PPE). Associates may also be asked to assist in other departments.
