About The Position

Weaver Bulk is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in sales operations, focusing primarily on setting up logistics, managing order entry processes, and handling Accounts Receivable tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistics of product delivery and ensure timely shipments to customers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and shipping departments to schedule deliveries and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Track shipments and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently into the company's system.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate order status and updates to customers as needed.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and work with customers to resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and communicate with the finance department regarding account status.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, product information, and general assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales representatives with administrative support, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives and campaigns.
