The Role: The Customer Experience Associate communicates and builds relationships with customers to identify and meet their service needs. This role manages a high volume of customer emails and phone calls, using excellent communication skills to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing and managing time effectively
  • Excellent organization and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Seamlessly interact with both internal and external customers via phone and email throughout the day, utilizing exceptional communication skills to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, creating a foundation for repeat business and referrals, driven by your commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, build rapport, and close opportunities.
  • Schedule and participate in Teams meetings with customers and technical team members, leveraging a collaborative spirit to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a high volume of customer emails and phone calls.
  • Uncover customer needs and expertly present tailored solutions using our comprehensive range of services to address their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to compile data efficiently and articulate precise quote details into quote documents, ensuring accuracy and customization tailored to customer needs.
  • Meet tight deadlines with a rapid 24-hour turnaround time for quote delivery when appropriate.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date prospect database and quote details, streamlining processes and ensuring efficient lead tracking and quote conversion.
  • Other duties as assigned.
