As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams. Requirements

Previous office experience in technical support or customer care within the Communications or Mass Media industry.
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians.
Working knowledge of computer hardware gained through professional experience or education.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
Experience providing technical support and peer-to-peer training in an office setting.
Ability to work the following schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime when required.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Create and manage work orders in the ticketing system for dispatching field technicians.
Monitor the Central Management System to identify and escalate errors to field technicians or internal teams.
Respond promptly to requests from field technicians via phone, text, and email.
Handle referred issues from internal and external sources through phone and email communication.
