Our Experience Research & Analytics Insights team is the customer’s voice within the company, driving decisions through deep user insights and data-driven analysis. We conduct qualitative and quantitative research, track experience metrics, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure every solution meets real user needs. Day-to-day, we design and run studies, build and validate rapid prototypes, and translate findings into actionable strategies that influence roadmaps and investments. By standardizing measurement, automating reporting, and championing customer-centric design, we accelerate innovation, reduce risk, and create experiences that strengthen loyalty and deliver measurable business impact. Mastercard’s summer internship program provides emerging talent with projects that will enhance skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.
