As a Customer Experience (CX) Agent, you’ll support customers primarily through email via Zendesk, maintaining high-quality communication while resolving inquiries related to transactions, account assistance, and general platform support. You’ll typically manage a daily queue of 50–80 tickets and collaborate with peers on more complex cases.
