At Mathnasium, we help kids not just learn math—but love it. As our Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the primary connection between families and the center, focused on growing enrollment, building relationships, and keeping students engaged and thriving.
Requirements
- Strong communicator who enjoys connecting with families
- Proven success in sales, customer service, or relationship management
- Goal-oriented, organized, and motivated by achieving results
- Solid foundation in math (comfortable with elementary-level concepts)
Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and guide families from inquiry to enrollment
- Build strong parent relationships through regular updates and progress check-ins
- Lead renewal conversations and celebrate student milestones to maximize retention
- Support outreach, referral campaigns, and community events that drive growth
