Enable customer success by providing high quality measurements and reducing measurement variability. Use analytical skills to troubleshoot issues based on metrology results. Document results and make presentations on all aspects of products. Develop models for advanced films and optical CD measurements in semiconductor manufacturing and development, primarily using optical spectroscopy including spectroscopic ellipsometry and spectroscopic ellipsometry. Assists sales and marketing staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications. Work collaboratively with cross-functional organizations including engineering, service, sales and marketing within KLA and with customer engineers. Conduct new product introduction projects. Provide escalation support to onsite field service engineer; leading and coordinating remote/local troubleshooting. Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance and develop recipes to model applications. This job may require 20- 30% travelling and potential relocation to a different site.

Requirements

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
