We are looking for Customer Service superstars to express interest in our Customer Engagement Centre roles, where they will provide chat & phone based support to our customers during our 24 hour service 7 days a week service. These roles are full-time and operate on a rotating roster across 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Part time may be considered. Currently, we are looking to schedule team members for shifts from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, but please note that rosters may vary based on business needs. See yourself in the team: On a daily basis you will provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customers queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take. Our Customer Engagement Centre is a customer centric environment, we are always there for our customers when they need us the most.
