About The Position

The Customer Enablement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the enablement of think-cell customers by delivering training, workshops, and best practices to a defined set of customer accounts within a specific geographical region.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Have 2+ years in Customer Enablement, Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS.
  • Have a proven track record in creating and delivering training programs.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, be receptive to feedback and motivated to continuously learn and strive for excellence
  • Demonstrate ownership mentality, independence and ability to work cross functionally
  • Early Riser: like to start your day early to collaborate with colleagues in Europe
  • Hybrid work environment in Denver office 3x a week, Tuesday – Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive account growth and execute plays that address churn risks, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead think-cell training sessions and workshops, enhancing software adoption and value realization.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with product and marketing teams to drive product improvements and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training data and opportunities in systems like Salesforce.
