About The Position

The Higher Ed team at McGraw Hill focuses on building meaningful relationships with educators and learners, offering the opportunity to impact lives across the country. The Customer Enablement Associate will support sales territories where a Learning Technology Representative or Customer Success Representative is not present. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. It is highly collaborative, involving cross-functional work across regional teams, and emphasizes a positive approach to problem-solving and teamwork. This is a remote position open to applicants residing permanently within the United States and works a set weekly schedule.

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus and natural bias for teamwork
  • Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and superior communication skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, other technology, and the web
  • CRM experience
  • The ability to learn, understand and execute with autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Service and support sales territories with digital account creation and sample copies
  • Access Instructor resources, packages and pricing
  • Create book builds, booklists, inclusive access support, track shipments, check stock levels and SFDC maintenance
  • Resolve bookstore and Instructor problems
  • Facilitate resolution of technical problems through CXG
  • Resolve student access code problems
  • Offer Instructors product recommendations, to support their course needs
  • Collaborate with District Managers and Specialists on coverage of sales territory
