The Customer Development Manager’s primary focus is to support both the customer’s operational leaders, Customer Development Director and CCCI operations teams from a field sales perspective. This individual is responsible for connecting the customer and CCCI’s Field Operations leadership teams to ensure that business plans are efficiently executed as agreed upon. This role will leverage a broad understanding of the assigned retailer, the competition, and the marketplace to foster growth by driving sales and exploring additional opportunities for incremental revenue and margin results.
