About the Role The Customer Delivery Director (CDD) is a senior delivery leadership role within Customer Delivery Operations, responsible for driving exceptional delivery outcomes and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of strategic customers and clinical studies. In this role, you will partner closely with customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure contracted services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Signant Health’s quality and operational standards. The CDD operates with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and plays a key role in strengthening delivery consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement across globally distributed teams. As a people leader, the CDD is accountable for building high-performing teams, fostering a values-driven culture, and supporting the ongoing evolution of Customer Delivery Operations.
