You will be responsible for delivering value-added services to customers in the U.S. market by providing timely, courteous, and professional responses to inquiries related to products, services, and account information. Processes customer orders received via phone, email, and EDI, ensuring accurate data entry through to shipment and invoicing. Resolves customer concerns by applying established procedures and sound business judgment. Acts as a key liaison between customers and internal U.S. teams, including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Warehousing & Logistics, IT, and Quality.
