About The Position

The Customer Care Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls based on a structured matrix, respond to township calls regarding permits, and manage membership inquiries. The role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable dealing with difficult customers and open to on-call work.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in customer service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the trades industry.
  • Inbound and outbound call experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in trades industry is preferred.
  • Experience in dealing with challenging customer situations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls daily based on a matrix.
  • Respond to township calls regarding permits.
  • Handle membership calls.
  • Effectively manage interactions with difficult customers.
  • Be available for on-call work.
