About The Position

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be a vital part of our customer experience team, working closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure each customer interaction reflects our dedication to trust, quality, and satisfaction. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional experience that reinforces our reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in home improvement or a service-based industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience using CRM tools and other customer service platforms.
  • A proactive approach with excellent time-management skills.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work on weekends as needed

Responsibilities

  • Customer communication: Manage customer inquiries through phone, text, and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Problem-solving: Handle customer issues with a solutions-focused approach, providing quick and effective resolutions.
  • Proactive engagement: Guide customers through their home improvement journey, from initial consultation to post-project follow-up.
  • Collaborate and escalate: Work with the Customer Success Experience Manager to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Maintain records: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM tools.
  • Follow-up and retention: Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.
