Essential Duties & Job Functions: Providethe USMCClient withInformation Technology (IT)procurementsupport, analysis, and reporting,using anEnterpriseInformation Technology ManagementSystem with various consolesand applications. Support theUSMC Clientwith timelineandmetricsreporting. Review and process IT procurement requests for corrections and approval. Communicate statusof IT procurementinformationtostakeholders involvedin the IT Procurement process. Manage and updateUSMC IT Hardware and Softwarecatalogs. Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT procurement guides, PowerPoint slides,reports,logs, trackers,and email archives. Represent the Customer Care Teaminproduct specific IPTs and working groupsandbecome the SME on procurement activities for specific products as needed. Retain and provide knowledge management artifacts. Be Responsive. Quickly and accurately answer and return phone calls, read and respond toemails, and provideaccurateresponsestostakeholder’squestionsand status requests. Perform and function in a Team environment. Performrelated work as assigned.
