About The Position

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, and Information Technology Support Services. We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team of professionals in support of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) in Quantico, VA. Essential Duties & Job Functions: Providethe USMCClient withInformation Technology (IT)procurementsupport, analysis, and reporting,using anEnterpriseInformation Technology ManagementSystem with various consolesand applications. Support theUSMC Clientwith timelineandmetricsreporting. Review and process IT procurement requests for corrections and approval. Communicate statusof IT procurementinformationtostakeholders involvedin the IT Procurement process. Manage and updateUSMC IT Hardware and Softwarecatalogs. Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT procurement guides, PowerPoint slides,reports,logs, trackers,and email archives. Represent the Customer Care Teaminproduct specific IPTs and working groupsandbecome the SME on procurement activities for specific products as needed. Retain and provide knowledge management artifacts. Be Responsive. Quickly and accurately answer and return phone calls, read and respond toemails, and provideaccurateresponsestostakeholder’squestionsand status requests. Perform and function in a Team environment. Performrelated work as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Accredited College Associates Degree.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Professional Suite (2016 or newer), including, but not limited to: TEAMS, Planner, Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access.
  • Experience with video conferencing.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to favorably undergo a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and knowledge using an Enterprise level procurement system to include USMC database applications within the Remedy Enterprise ITSM Suite preferred.
  • Technical Writing skills are a plus.
  • DoD customer care and IT procurement process experience are a plus.
  • Active SECRET clearance is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the USMC Client with Information Technology (IT) procurement support, analysis, and reporting, using an Enterprise Information Technology Management System with various consoles and applications.
  • Support the USMC Client with timeline and metrics reporting.
  • Review and process IT procurement requests for corrections and approval.
  • Communicate status of IT procurement information to stakeholders involved in the IT Procurement process.
  • Manage and update USMC IT Hardware and Software catalogs.
  • Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), IT procurement guides, PowerPoint slides, reports, logs, trackers, and email archives.
  • Represent the Customer Care Team in product specific IPTs and working groups and become the SME on procurement activities for specific products as needed.
  • Retain and provide knowledge management artifacts.
  • Be Responsive. Quickly and accurately answer and return phone calls, read and respond to emails, and provide accurate responses to stakeholder’s questions and status requests.
  • Perform and function in a Team environment.
  • Perform related work as assigned.
