About The Position

Account managing and associated duties. Provides administrative support and assistance to Inside Sales/Customer Care Manager. To process customer orders timely and accurately for assigned accounts. Maintain complete customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and three years plus of experience in Customer Service are required.
  • Computer experience with Excel, Word and the ability to type 40 WPM.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal form is desired and written form is necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • One to three years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service are required. Computer experience with Excel, and Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form is necessary. Experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

  • Account managing. Assigned duties to maintain a high level of customer care. Enter meaningful customer feedback in sales and quality systems. Maintain customer specifications and Customer Guaranteed Inventories.
  • Receives purchase orders, sends quotations, creates sales orders, works with Cell Leads to schedule orders. Involved in associated meetings. Includes but not limited to, invoicing and forecasting activities
  • Customer supplied material coordinating and inventory reporting
  • Receives customer complaints or claims, enters into our internal quality system. Leads Web Industries’ response follow-up for assigned accounts.
  • Updates and maintains key customer specific reports. Data entry in key customer’s manufacturing ERP system.
  • Backup for the Inside Sales / Customer Care Supervisor
  • Some customer or other Web Industries site travel required
  • Performs any other function or responsibility as assigned
