We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers through phone calls, emails, and our website. Compensation: $20.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of banking experience or 1 year in customer service at Tri City National Bank.
- Strong knowledge of banking systems, digital banking, and products including deposit, loan, and cardbase operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
- Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Windows and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails, providing support for account access and website functionality.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- Log and track customer interactions, preparing reports for supervisory review.
- Assist customers with online account enrollments and maintain accurate website rates.
- Perform follow-ups for unresolved customer concerns.
- Provide backup support for other departments and assist with special projects.
- Handle reception calls and manage interoffice mail distribution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
