Customer Care Specialist III

Requirements
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience with demonstrated ability to process product orders in a fast paced environment required
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
- Ability to solve basic math equations required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required. Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment required.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail required
- Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills required
- Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions required
Responsibilities
- Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
- Manage customer technical support needs
- Oversee service and repair of capital equipment
- Work in ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
- Manage equipment loaner, evaluation, and trade-out processes
- Support marketing with new product launches
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with BD guidelines, protocols, and policies
