About The Position

The Customer Care Specialist l uses in-depth knowledge of our products, service, and systems to deliver world class customer service to our internal and external customers. The position resolves routine to basic problems and communicates solutions as applicable. The position has a moderate understanding of the general aspects of the job and works under the close direction of the manager in the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a office setting and providing customer service preferred.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answers inbound calls, responds to inquiries and redirects callers to the appropriate area.
  • Provides timely and accurate information to callers, documents applicable call information and escalates any concerns to a manager or supervisor.
  • Processes orders and service requests according to the department’s policies and procedures.
  • Performs daily audits on shipping documents to ensure compliance and processes completed paperwork as required.
  • Completes Basic Level l type tasks and assignments:
  • Daily scanning of completed service orders.
  • Preparing paperwork for driver’s weekly routine services.
  • General scanning, printing, and photocopying.
  • Fulfilling daily document requests.
  • Provides or updates customers with driver’s estimated time of arrival.
