Customer Care Specialist (Bilingual) at Realtor.com® Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid/In-Office 3 days per week) Are you a people expert? As our newest Customer Care Specialist (Bilingual) , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the renter and landlord journey while helping them get the most value from our platform. Requirements

  • Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting customers in a high-volume call environment.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Deep passion for helping others and humanizing the customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in fast-growth tech, and tools like Zendesk or JIRA, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in Avail’s products and services to confidently guide customers.
  • Support landlords and tenants through phone and email as they navigate the rental lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues of low to medium complexity with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide clear answers to customer questions on topics like listings, applications, leases, and payments.
  • Identify opportunities to create self-help resources that make the customer journey smoother.
  • Bring your authentic self to every interaction, building trust and long-lasting relationships.
