Primary contact for the customer and provide timely information to them. Deploy a pro-active approach with our customers via email, phone, and some customer portal updating to assist them in their inquiries. Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Work closely with our Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and your Customer Service colleagues as needed. Have proficiency using our ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, internal information portals, EDI process report reviews (working with our EDI IT), and other product information processes. Serve as an advisor by providing information and offer suggestions to help our customers. There is an avenue to support/manage customer escalations with your Manager, as we work together promoting quality and continuous improvements. Possess the skill to be an active listener and have strong relationship building skills. Ability to multi-task and work on many different processes simultaneously for our customers.
