We are hiring immediately for a full time Customer Care Coordinator in our Roseville dental practice. Whether scheduling appointments, answering patient's questions, presenting treatment plans and/or collecting payments, the Customer Care Coordinator plays an important role on the team by making sure the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner. At Blue Oak Dental, our Customer Care Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Customer Care Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile! Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a dental environment.
  • Computer literate a must (Denticon experience is a plus).
  • Customer Service experience
  • Must have reliable transpiration
  • High School or better.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual a plus
  • Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
  • Insurance billing experience a plus
  • Denticon experience is a plus
