About The Position

StableDry Services owns several brands that provide commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services across the southeastern United States. United Structural Systems is expanding its Customer Care Center and looking to add a Customer Care Representative to help support our growing brands. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, booking appointments, addressing inquiries, and supporting the team with administrative tasks. This is a remote full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Book appointments for the sales team and production team based on online requests and incoming phone inquiries.
  • Assist the team by effectively navigating incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or representatives.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and inquiries in the customer database.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules to optimize the availability of the sales team.
  • Address customer questions and concerns with a patient and professional demeanor, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for customer-related matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on common customer issues and identifying process improvement opportunities.
