What You'll Do: As a Customer Care Representative , you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to electric, propane, and fiber services. You'll work closely with customers via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot issues, set up accounts, process service requests, and promote our products and services. Your role will involve: Managing inbound and outbound communications to assist customers with billing, account setup, and service-related questions. Educating customers on how to use and maximize their MEC services. Troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues. Conducting outbound sales calls to promote MEC's services and special offers. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution. Who You Are: You have a passion for customer service and problem-solving. You're patient, empathetic, and skilled at handling inquiries professionally. You excel at explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. You're organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have strong sales and negotiation skills.
