Ford Component Sales, LLC (FCS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company aligned with the Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD). We are a flexible sales organization that directs resources toward revenue opportunities identified by FCSD. We are in search of a Customer Care Representative that is responsible for providing customer service to all active company customers. Including but not limited to customer inquiries of pricing status, delivery status, updates and changes on existing pricing/price sheets, orders, claims, pricing and/or purchase order discrepancy resolution. The Customer Care Representative is also included and has input in discussions of FCS business initiatives and new business opportunities.
