As a Customer Care Representative , you are the customer's first point of contact when they call in to our call center to make an appointment at one of our clinics. Your passion for providing outstanding customer service directly contributes to the high level of customer satisfaction that Miracle-Ear is known for. Individuals with experience in call center, telemarketing, or high-volume sales or working in the customer service industry would be a good fit for this role.
