About The Position

We are looking for candidates who want to use their expertise in technology to improve the care and diagnosis of patients requiring cardiac monitoring. We are recruiting candidates that have excellent analytical and communication skills. The customer care team monitors patients’ devices and proactively communicates with patients to troubleshoot offline monitors.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in a healthcare role or certification in a healthcare role
  • Strong technical and computer skills
  • Enrolled in college for nursing or healthcare
  • Great communication and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist the patient in applying the monitor or reapplying monitor after charging.
  • Communicate with clinics concerning patient needs or concerns.
  • Process device returns for broken or lost devices
  • Sort and File all papers received electronically
  • Reassign inventory for clinics
  • Prepare daily emails for clinics regarding offline patients
  • Contribute to a high-quality service both to physicians and patients.
