This position balances customer service, administrative support, and other team-related responsibilities. Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ office and or call center experience
Successful completion of a drug screening
Verifiable references
Previous experience with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

Termite and Pest Control industry experience is desired, but not required

Responsibilities

Operate a multi-line phone system
Answer and process inbound phone calls
Create and update client accounts
Provide administrative support such as filing, organizing paperwork, and other administrative duties as assigned by management
