Requirements

  • You have a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments.
  • You quickly understand new tools and troubleshoot even complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies, with an eagerness to learn how they can enhance customer experience.
  • You clearly communicate solutions to customers, showing empathy and patience, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service.
  • You work effectively with team members and share knowledge.
  • You prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines and quickly adapt to changes in products and workflows.
  • You are passionate about the future of work and continuous learning, and you want to join us in building an exceptional team and company to have a real impact.

  • Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face.
  • Hosting webinars and office hours
  • Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable.
  • Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience.
