Join us at the Chamberlain Group as a Customer Care Associate II remote in the Chicagoland area. This role is within our Customer Experience and Technical Support team and is a partner to our Business-to-Business (B2B) customers and Sales team. You will assist partners by providing product information, processing orders, and problem-solving with a sense of urgency to deliver a great customer experience. In this hybrid role, you will have direct, day-to-day interaction with our B2B customers and Sales partners. This includes answering calls or emails to enter and process orders, provide product information, and respond to order inquiries.
