This role is for a Customer Care Manager supporting the newly opened Windsor facility. We are seeking a candidate with demonstrated people leadership experience, including the ability to effectively manage and scale a team with additional direct reports. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience managing export-related customer relationships, with a strong understanding of customer expectations, compliance, and cross-border coordination. Direct a team of employees in the office department. Manage general office and customer service activities, to include finalizing contracts and onboarding new customers.
