Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work (US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain)
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet and smartphone (computer is also recommended)
- Customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with organizing and coordinating personalized plans
- Research, compare, and confirm reservation options
- Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations
- Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Manage updates, changes, and service-related concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in training and team meetings
